Your package travels exactly as the store packed it. We never consolidate, so nothing waits on anyone else’s shipment.
Declare honestly
Declare the price you actually paid. Accurate declarations keep Jamaica Customs clearance fast and drama-free.
Know the no-fly list
Hazardous materials, pressurised cans, loose lithium batteries, firearms and perishables can’t travel by air. When in doubt, ask us first.
Bring ID for pickup
Collect in Portmore with a valid government-issued ID. Sending someone else? Add them as an authorised pickup on your dashboard first.
